Voice Over Coaching
Course: PG003
This VoiceOver course equips participants with the skills and knowledge necessary for professional voice acting across various media formats. It begins with foundational elements such as voice control, breath management, and vocal warm-up techniques to maintain vocal health and clarity. Participants would learn about different voiceover styles and genres, from commercials and narration to character voices for animation and video games.
The course covers script analysis and interpretation, teaching participants how to effectively convey emotions, tone, and pacing through their voice. Practical exercises include recording sessions where participants practice reading scripts, receiving feedback on delivery, and learning to adjust their performance based on direction. Technical aspects such as microphone techniques, recording environments, and basic audio editing skills are also addressed to ensure participants can produce high-quality voiceover recordings suitable for professional use. By the course's end, participants would have the skills and confidence to perform voiceovers in corporate videos, podcasts, advertising, e-learning, and beyond.
