A Unique Approach
We always start the recruitment process with a Zoom call so we can fully understand the role that need to be filled, the skill set required, and the personality type that would best fit into your existing team.
To stream-line the recruitment process we not only submit CVs of suitable candidates, but we also get them to submit a video introduction along with examples of their work to avoid the possibility of unproductive first interviews.
Lowest Fees
As we already have access to so many prime candidates, we charge a very modest commission - just 9% of the first year’s salary or contract value (7% if you give us an exclusive role). 50% is payable on job offer acceptance and the remaining 50% does not need to be paid until the candidate has completed their first 3 months of employment.

Young Talent and Apprenticeships
Sometimes, the most cost-effective way to develop an in-house production team is to bring in some young talent, fresh out of college or university.
Britain’s further education centres provide a steady flow of enthusiastic, creative and passionate videographers who are already producing regular content on YouTube and other social media platforms.
Video Mastery take time to build relationships with these institutions so we can identify this talent long before their finish their courses.
